Plankton is a type of algae. Due to its richness in nutrients, this algae is an extremely nutritious and complete addition to your diet. How do I use plankton?

Simple! For Capsules: take 4 capsules with a meal. For powder: mix the powder with water, a smoothie or shake.

When is the best time to take plankton?

It doesn't matter. We recommend taking plnktn with a meal for best absorption. You can choose whether to consume the capsules or powder at one time or spread it out over several times during the day.

Do I need anything else besides plankton?

Plankton contains more than 75 nutrients. It offers many benefits in itself. You can see it as a natural multivitamin but then normally dosed.
