Do you ship worldwide?
YES we do! All orders are dispatched on the same day if you order before 16:00pm (CET). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Within how many days can I expect my order to arrive?
Within The Netherlands, you can normally expect your package within 1-2 working days when ordered before 16:00pm. However, outside of The Netherlands shipment takes longer. It can take 2-17 working days to arrive. Click here to see the average shipment time for your destination.

We work with MyParcel, a partner of PostNL.
Why are the shipping costs for some countries quite expensive?
Shipment companies charge relatively high prices for some destinations. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. However, if the number of orders increase for your country, shipment prices will decrease as well. So perhaps tell your friends, family and neighbors about this amazing product ;)
How can I check the status of my order?
After ordering our superfoods, you will receive a track and trace code when the shipment company collected the package.
What to do when my product is damaged?
When a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@plnktn.com and we will get in touch to solve the issue. Please make sure to do this within a week after receiving your package!
What if my package did not arrive?
The Netherlands - Sometimes'brievenbuspakketjes'might be delayed due to various reasons, such as: the package is at the wrong sorting centre; the package is stuck somewhere; the package is stolen. In other words, it is sometimes difficult to track for MyParcel. So what will we do? If you didn't receive your package after5 days, we will let MyParcel send a recipient statement (ontvangersverklaring) to you. After signing this statement we can take care of a new shipment.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
It is possible to return plnktn. However, this is only possible when the package is unopened, which means that the sealing is still closed. We will make sure to process the refund of the product(s) as soon as we received the product(s) in the required condition. Please send an e-mail to support@plnktn.com and we will get in touch!
After how many days can I return my purchase?
You have up to 14 days to inform us that you would like to return your product. Afterwards, you have another 14 days to send the product. Enough time to make a wise decision... ;)
Can you refund my purchase?
We are more than happy to process the refund as soon as we have received the unopened product(s) in the right condition.
Do you charge the shipping costs for returns?
This depends on the reason for returning your product.
